How do I return an item?

Return policy and cancelation policy:
Products damaged in transit are fully insured. We will replace the damaged product. Products send incorrectly will be returned and replaced at our expense. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, to your satisfaction. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase or you just don't want the product anymore, you may return the item at your expense and charges will be refunded by check by mail less 30% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Custom made products can not be returned. Custom orders require customer to sing off shop drawings. However, if there is any deviation from the shop drawings, DecIron LLC will remanufacture the product or remediate the problem, at DecIron's expenses, including shipping charges. DecIron will not be held responsible or liable of delays, profit loss or any other costs related to the problem, that is, caused by the said deviation of the specifications contained in the approved shop drawings. Any errors on the dimensions, geometry or any other issues, such as code compliance, are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not grounds for returns. DecIron will still remediate the mistake committed by the owner when approving the shop drawings, at the buyers expense.
If you decide to cancel the order before we have fabricated a custom product, we will refund the money, less the cost of the drawings, and or design fees included in the proposal, if applicable. Additionally we will deduct 5% of the full amount if paid with a credit card. This is our estimated cost of credit card fees and processing. If the product was paid by check, this does not apply and the refund will be in full.
